Richmond Diei is a seasoned real estate developer and the Managing Director & CEO of Richbel Estate & Realtors Limited, a dynamic property development company headquartered in Lagos, Nigeria. With a strong vision for helping investors build prosperity, one property at a time and for creating innovative, high-value real estate solutions, Richmond has led Richbel Estate in delivering residential projects that combine modern design, functionality, and long-term investment value. A graduate of Bowie State University, Maryland, USA, where he earned a degree in International Business, Richmond brings a global perspective to the Nigerian real estate market. His expertise spans strategic development, property investment, and market expansion. Beyond his role at Richbel Estate, Richmond serves on the boards of Brucad Investment Limited and Golden Key Property Nigeria Limited, where he helps shape investment strategies and drive sustainable growth.
